Ceramic and Mother of Pearl

Beautiful Mother of pearl bead earrings with ceramic accent are carefully hand crafted in the USA. The ceramics are hand molded, air dried, and kiln fired. All ceramic components undergo a three step process. Steps include molding and drying, staining, and first fire in kiln. Then, a final glaze firing  at a temperature of 1046 Celsius ( 1914.8 degrees Fahrenheit). Each firing lasts approximately 8 hours, not accounting for the time spent sculpting and drying.
