Carnelian Beaded Necklace with Pendant

These Carnelian beads with a floral inspired pendant were carefully hand crafted in the USA. The ceramic pendant is hand molded, air dried, and kiln fired. Most pieces undergo a three step process. Steps include molding and drying, staining, and first fire in kiln. Then, a final glaze firing  at a temperature of 1046 Celsius ( 1914.8 degrees Fahrenheit). This pair did include the final step, leaving a beautiful finish. The firing lasts approximately 8 hours, not accounting for the time spent sculpting and drying.
